There is no pass or fail. However, the trainer will involve everyone throughout the course. You must actively participate to complete it successfully and avoid any disruptive behaviour.

When attending your course, you must bring original photographic identification, such as a driving licence or passport, along with a pen and paper.

Your details will be passed back to the referring police force. As this is an alternative to prosecution, the police will be in touch to advise on next steps.

If you fail to complete a course, the matter is passed back to the police who will then consider their next course of action once the enforcement period has expired.
Once the enforcement period has expired, if neither the fixed penalty or course offer have been complied with, the matter will be placed before the courts. 

Unfortunately, we have no facilities to accommodate children or dependent adults. 

We do not provide Interpreters however you may bring your own. Interpreters must be aged 18 or over. Clients must confirm at the time of booking if they are bringing an Interpreter so we can update the Trainer and allow sufficient space on the course.  We do provide Sign Language Interpreters  

You must use a device with a working camera to access the online course.
The trainer needs to confirm your identity before the session begins and ensure you remain present for the entire course.
Do you have a smartphone with a camera? This can be used for the course.
Alternatively, is there someone in your household with a device that has a camera you can borrow?
If you cannot access a suitable device, we also offer classroom-based courses.

The £1 authorisation amount is part of a two stage payment process and is necessary to ensure that the card details and account in question are valid. The funds are not actually taken from the account, even though it may have been deducted from your available amount. The payment is only taken once the account has been validated and the booking has been processed through the online booking system.

NDORS Lancashire is always striving to improve the education of road users and to provide an enjoyable but instructive learning experience. After completing a course, clients may be contacted by the NDORS Team and asked to comment on their experience, from the initial booking to the final educational outcome. Any information collected will be anonymised and only used as an aid to service improvement.
